This woman is highly unprofessional and exhibits odd behavior. My child came in to buy a single flower to surprise me and he was charged four times the amount he should have been. I contacted the business and they were just kind of flippant and dismissive. They did issue a refund but their demeanor was a red flag. So I posted on a local Nashua page about the experience. I was wondering if maybe it was not an accident that they overcharged my son so much, maybe assuming a child wouldn’t notice. On the post, many people were agreeing with me—how do you accidentally charge four times the cost and then behave strangely. Something wasn’t adding up. Well you know how they say nobody is meaner than someone who definitely did it? The owner got on the thread and began encouraging ad hominem and extremely inappropriate comments toward me personally. Comments about it my appearance. Comments insulting me. Comments trying to dox me. Turns out on her personal page she had asked people to comment on her behalf — and instead of keeping it professional the comments became unhinged and she kept liking and replying encouraging them. I did not reply or even look at the thread for about 6 hours

Nashua Flower Shop was great to work with. I had a general idea of what I was looking for but left it up to them to execute it for me. I just received a picture from my lady(flowers were delivered) and I was blown away by what they created. Thank you for making me look better than I deserve! She loves them!

This was my first time ordering flowers from your shop. I asked for some cheery get well arrangement as this was for a woman whose been so kind to me and my family since my parents passed away. It was delivered faster than I thought possible! It was beautiful and made my friend’s Mom so happy! Thank you to whoever took my call and the person who put the arrangement together beautifully! I will tell others of my experience!

Great care was taken to ensure my daughter received her birthday bouquet fresh and on time. I'm very happy with the service we received and the flowers are beautiful.

I first want to express that very rarely do I write reviews of any business. I only make reviews when my expectations are met in extraordinary manner. Yesterday I went to see my grandmother in the hospital, after being told this might be one of the last times I’m able to see her. Normally I get her flowers before a visit, but given the circumstances I wanted to make sure that the arrangement would be particularly memorable. The excellent reviews led me to Nashua Flower Shop and the staff there did not disappoint. While pricey, the arrangement left me, my family and even strangers stunned by its beauty and aroma. It was worth every penny. A stranger even felt compelled to say a prayer for the “recipient of this beautiful arrangement” at the hospital. And most importantly, it gave joy to a woman whose influence helped me become the man I am today, during an especially difficult time of great discomfort in her life. The florist (I believe her name was Sarah) was an attentive listener, kind, and most importantly delivered exactly what I had asked for. If you need flowers, and the flowers need to make a statement, Nashua Flower Shop will take care of you.
